My background sits at the crossroads of financial-economic risk, day-to-day operations and working closely with founders and owners.
Alongside that, I’ve spent years operating in high-performance environments, including Olympic-level dressage stables and top-tier equestrian operations; settings where coordination, trust and timing are essential, and where small missteps have real consequences.That combination allows me to stay grounded, pragmatic and calm in situations where pressure is high and clarity matters.
