Brigitte

I work with tech founders and scale-ups who are growing fast, and feeling the friction that comes with it. Growth creates opportunity, but also complexity, blind spots, and risk. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and momentum when things start to stretch.


Earlier in my career, I worked as a financial-economic crime analyst. In that role, I examined companies from the inside out: how they were structured, how decisions were made, where responsibilities sat, and where risks quietly accumulated. I learned to see patterns others missed; not only in numbers and processes, but in governance, behavior, and leadership dynamics. That experience shaped my analytical mindset and my deep understanding of operational, financial, and strategic risk.


Over the years, I combined this risk perspective with hands-on experience supporting senior leadership in fast-moving environments.
I worked closely with executives, boards, and cross-functional teams, translating strategy into execution, building structure where it was missing, and ensuring that important work actually got done. I don’t operate from theory, I operate from inside the business.


Today, I act as an extension of the leadership team. I help founders make better decisions, prioritize what truly matters, and turn complexity into clear action. My focus sits at the intersection of operations, risk, and execution- where growth is either enabled or quietly undermined.


I’m trusted for my discretion, clarity, and ability to see both the details and the bigger picture. I bring calm to complexity, structure to chaos, and follow-through where it’s needed most.
